Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred.
• Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
• Familiarity with Catholic teachings and faith-based education.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote Catholic values in all interactions.
• Assist in implementing lesson plans and provide one-on-one or small-group support.
• Help create a safe, welcoming classroom and support routines and transitions.
• Assist with liturgies, prayer services, and religious celebrations.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
