The role involves assisting the teacher with lesson plans, providing individualized support, and helping maintain a classroom atmosphere aligned with NSBECS. A practicing Catholic with strong communication and organizational skills is preferred, along with experience with educational technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church and commitment to faith-based education.
• Experience working with children in educational or similar settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing lesson plans and provide individualized support.
• Assist in liturgies, prayer services, and religious celebrations.
• Foster positive relationships and monitor behavior to support a Christ-centered environment.
• Maintain safe, organized classroom and assist with routines and transitions.
• Engage families and serve as a faith-based role model.
