Job Opportunity: Cathodic Protection Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Cathodic Protection Technician to join our Corrosion Solutions team. The role involves providing technical support for cathodic protection projects installed at various civil infrastructure, industrial, and energy facilities. This technician will work within our team delivering proprietary products and engineering support, collaborating with our specialty contracting services to meet construction challenges and customer needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Perform inspections, layout, and testing on cathodic protection system installations.
2. Manage QA/QC programs and documentation.
3. Assist in troubleshooting project issues.
4. Support the construction team to meet production schedules.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in NACE cathodic and corrosion protection installation and inspection.
• NACE CP 2 Cathodic Protection Technician certification is a plus.
• Experience with installing cathodic protection systems on concrete structures is a plus.
• Concrete repair and condition assessment experience are advantageous.
• Ability to learn and be trained on new systems.

Travel Expectation:

This position requires approximately 80% travel across the US, including week-long assignments. The role is primarily based out of one of our nationwide or international branches, with work tied to our Corporate STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES office.
