Corrpro Companies in Houston seeks an Engineering Manager for the Cathodic Protection Engineering Team. You will lead the Houston region’s technical organization, supervise corrosion engineers, and guide project design, data analysis, and reporting, while aligning with safety standards.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 8+ years in cathodic protection, and 3+ years in supervision, with PE license preferred and AMPP CP certification advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License preferred.
• AMPP CP Certification – CP Technologist preferred.
• 8 years of cathodic protection engineering experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience managing people.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Houston Region’s technical organization and resources.
• Direct and coordinate the work of Corrosion Engineers.
• Guide staff on engineering principles, design concepts, and reporting.
• Hire, train and develop engineering staff.
• Coordinate field efforts with sales operations and budget planning.
• Ensure safety program compliance for engineering staff.
• Interact with customers on technical issues.
