Qualifications

• Ability to read work instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Apply critical thinking to solve complex problems and ask insightful questions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to optimize processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Manage and organize equipment and spare parts inventory for uninterrupted production.
• Maintain accurate documentation for equipment including manuals and service records.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze scrap data to drive improvements through training and process control.
• Provide hands-on training to production operators on process knowledge.
• Support daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Assist in scaling equipment from prototype to full-scale manufacturing.
