Qualifications

• High School Diploma or vocational training, with hands-on experience in building, assembly and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment across catheter production according to process parameters and quality standards.
• Serve as SME, troubleshoot issues, support critical production needs and lead investigations to minimize downtime.
• Perform quality checks and verify compliance of components, documentation, and finished products with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by investigating root causes, updating work instructions, and implementing process improvements.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing leadership.
