Job summary

Methodist Southlake Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist or RCIS professional to assist with invasive cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced cath lab. The role involves working under supervision to support physicians and the health team, ensuring patient safety and procedural accuracy.

The ideal candidate has RCIS or ARRT(R) licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of cath lab experience. Hours are PRN, with Monday through Friday coverage in North Texas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program or approved Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Program
• Current student in approved cardiovascular invasive specialist (RCIS) program
• R.T. (R) through ARRT and registered with Texas Medical Board or RCIS certification
• RCIS obtained within 12 months of hire following graduation from RCIS program
• BLS Certification, American Heart Association
• ACLS Certification, American Heart Association
• 1 year experience in a cardiac cath lab preferred

• Advanced Cardio Life support (ACLS) Certification, American Heart Association

Work Experience

• 1 year experience in a cardiac cath lab with general understanding of cath procedures and related complication preferred.
