Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Rockwall, TX seeks Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist to support catheterization and EP lab procedures. You will prepare rooms, assist physicians, monitor patient status, and contribute to daily quality initiatives in a high-volume cardiology setting.

The role requires ARRT or RCIS certification and offers a $10K sign-on bonus with a 4-day work week of 10-hour shifts plus on-call duties, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in related field or 2 years CV lab experience, or completion of US military training with equivalent.
• Experience in cardiovascular lab settings is preferred.
• On-call availability per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Prepare room and equipment, monitor patient condition, and provide routine and emergency care.
• Maintain sterile fields and assist with inventory and quality data collection.
