Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist to support catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures. You will prepare rooms, assist physicians, monitor patients, and help with quality data and documentation.

The role includes on-call duties (10–13 days/month) with weekends/holidays and a $10K sign-on bonus. ARRT/RCIS certification is required, with required on-site 10-hour shifts across a four-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Registry: RCIS or ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) or TX radiography credentials.
• Education: Technical or Associates degree in Radiology; new graduates welcomed.
• Experience: 1 year in Cath Lab or 2 years Cath Lab experience; cross-training possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Prepare rooms and equipment; monitor patient condition and provide care.
• Maintain sterile fields and inventories; document procedures and QC data.
• Coordinate and audit resources; participate in quality initiatives and governance.
