Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist to assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures. You will prepare room, monitor patients, and support quality initiatives. On-call 10–13 days a month, including weekends and holidays, with a $10K sign-on bonus.

The role requires ARRT-R or RCIS certification and a strong commitment to patient care, safety, and teamwork within a large Texas healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Education - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Experience - Less than 1 Year of Experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with arteriograms and catheterizations.
• Monitor patient condition during procedures and provide care.
• Prepare room and equipment; maintain sterile fields.
• Coordinate and audit resources during inventories.
• Ensure radiation safety for staff and patients.
