AdventHealth in Celebration, FL is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee staff performance, staffing, and discipline while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. You will manage budgets, lead quality initiatives, and ensure evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements include RN licensure with a BSN and preferably a MSN, 2+ years of acute care experience, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
