Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year in Cath Lab and supervisory or 2 years as charge; ACLS/BLS certification and RN license are required. You will manage budgets, support quality improvement, and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience or 2 years of charge experience.
• ACLS and BLS are required; BLS must be acquired within 30 days.
• RN License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and unit operations in the Cath Lab.
• Assist Nursing Manager with planning, developing, and evaluating policies.
• Manage budgets and resources.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and organize educational programs.
• Provide hands-on nursing care as needed and support patient outcomes.
