Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage seeks an Administrative Cath Lab Coordinator to schedule Cath Lab procedures, coordinate with physicians, manage supply orders, and ensure accurate billing documentation. You will support ACC, NCDR and carotid registries data entry and work closely with clinical staff to optimize patient flow.

The ideal candidate has a year of medical office scheduling or equivalent, strong organizational and customer service skills, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• One year of medical office scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Clerical skills required
• High School Graduate/GED

Responsibilities

• Represent hospital teams by scheduling Cath Lab procedures professionally.
• Assist with inventory control and routine ordering of supplies.
• Ensure proper billing documentation is recorded as needed.
• Assist with data collection for ACC, NCDR and carotid registries.
