Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab. The role delivers direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients, supporting cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring hemodynamics, communicating with physicians, and maintaining equipment and supplies. A BSN is preferred; active RN license, BCLS, ACLS, and 1 year CV lab/critical care experience are required.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS required at hire.
• One year of clinical CV Lab or critical care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care to adults and geriatrics in the Cath lab.
• Communicates with physicians continuously regarding patient condition.
• Assists with equipment/inventory maintenance and readiness.
• Monitors physiologic/hemodynamic data during procedures.
• Participates in quality improvement activities.
