Qualifications

• RN license and state licensure required on hire.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications as appropriate.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience; cath lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares procedure suite and gathers equipment.
• Performs pre- and intra-procedure patient assessments and documents findings.
• Circulates, scrubs, and monitors during diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures.
• Administers medications and oxygen under physician supervision.
• Supports post-procedure recovery and handoffs.
• Participates in emergency response procedures and on-call rotations.
• Maintains cath lab cleanliness and readiness.

Education

Postsecondary certificate/diploma/program graduate

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
