Job summary

Eastern New Mexico Medical Center's Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab) welcomes a dedicated RN to support patients before, during, and after cardiovascular procedures. As a Cath Lab RN, you will work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN license required; BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process and policies.
• Assist physicians during Cath Lab procedures; monitor vital signs and patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications; monitor for adverse effects and document administration.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, post-discharge care, and follow-up steps.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; participate in audits and quality improvement.
