Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care. The RN will lead within the Mayo Nursing Care Model, delegate based on skill and resources, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.

This role offers TN sponsorship and requires state RN licensure, BLS and ACLS; schedule is Mon-Fri with variable shifts, 80 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state and BLS/ACLS competency required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN start date as specified.
• Experience in cardio nursing or related clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and provide direct patient care and education.
• Lead care planning and transition of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient conditions, document care, and maintain infection control standards.
• Support leadership roles and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
