Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum RN license required; PA multistate license or Temporary PA Practice Permit may be acceptable.
• 6 months RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a designated patient group.
• Develop a written plan of nursing care including patient education and discharge planning.
• Document nursing care provided and patient progress.
• Collaborate with the medical staff on patient care decisions.
