Job summary

Sentara Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Cardiac Cath Lab at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA. This full-time, day shift role offers a collaborative environment, professional growth, and opportunities to care for patients undergoing life-saving cardiovascular procedures.

The RN will perform nursing care using the nursing process, ensure standards of practice, and participate in patient education and post-procedure care in a high-tech cardiac setting.

Qualifications

• ASN or RN Diploma required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care using the nursing process across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Care for patients undergoing cardiovascular and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety, education, and quality outcomes.

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or RN Diploma
