Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Nursing, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and ongoing nursing care for patients, addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Design, direct, evaluate and document care plans with goals and discharge planning.
• Prepare patients for treatments and report changes to physicians and leadership.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care accordingly.
• Provide bedside shift reports and ensure continuity of care with family involvement.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and uphold safety protocols.
