Job summary

UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs is seeking a Cath Lab RN with 1+ year of cath lab experience and 1+ year ICU RN experience preferred. The role is full-time, 80 hours per pay period, with days shifts and an on-site requirement. Pay ranges from $38.91 to $60.31 per hour, depending on experience.

The position requires RN licensure, BLS and ACLS with ACLS within 6 months of hire. Strong critical thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• RN with cath lab experience preferred.
• Preferred: BSN or higher.
• Must have RN licensure and current life support certifications (BLS, ACLS).
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare environment and patient before procedures; review medical records for safety.
• Monitor and care for patients during and after procedures, maintaining safety and protocol adherence.
• Respond to emergencies per nursing standards; act promptly in high-stress situations.
• Educate patient and family, addressing age, culture, and condition considerations.
