UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an experienced RN for the Cath Lab/EP unit. You will provide direct patient care in a high-acuity environment, supporting safety, outcomes, and efficient use of resources.

The role requires 1+ years in cath lab or EP nursing, active RN licensure, and ACLS/BLS certifications. Shifts are days, onsite with an 80-hour pay-period, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years cath lab/EP RN experience preferred.
• State licensure as RN required; licensure as determined at position level.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross) and maintain through hire date.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the environment, orient and assess the patient, and review the medical record for safety checks.
• Respond to life-threatening situations using nursing standards and protocols.
• Provide nursing care in a technically complex cath lab environment.
• Assess learning needs of patients and families and provide education appropriate to age and condition.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting and take appropriate action.
