Frye Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Cath Lab. This full-time, days position requires 12‑hour shifts with on-call duties and every 5th weekend under a revolving 5‑week schedule.

You will assess patients, initiate nursing interventions, document medical necessity, and contribute to the Interdisciplinary Care Plan. NC RN license, ACLS/PALS, and BLS within timelines are required; 1–3 years in Cath Lab preferred.

Formación

• Active North Carolina RN license (or compact) is required.
• BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
• 1–3 years of experience, with recent critical care or Cath Lab experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.
