Responsibilities

• Assist physician in total care of cardiovascular patients in the Cath Lab.
• Coordinate ancillary services and scheduling of procedures.
• Assess, implement and evaluate patient condition and nursing response.
• Explain procedures to patient ensuring understanding, comfort and privacy.
• Prepare procedure rooms with needed supplies and maintain nursing standards.
• Adhere to department policies and regulatory requirements.
