Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Cath Lab team in Williamsburg, VA. The role involves direct patient care in a fast-paced cath lab, with a rotating schedule and on-call responsibilities requiring a 30-minute response time.

The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, with four 10-hour day shifts and rotating days off. RN licensure and BLS/ACLS certifications are required, with 1–2 years of cath lab or related experience

Formación

• Minimum ASN or RN Diploma is required.
• RN licensure required; BLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS within 1 year.
• 1–2 years Cath/EP Lab, Emergency Department or ICU experience preferred.
• Critical care experience in hospital required; ability to manage complex cases.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in the Cath Lab.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, deliver treatments.
• Support patients and families with education and compassionate service.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and outcomes.
