Qualifications

• Minimum of ASN or RN Diploma (Required)
• RN licensure required
• BLS within 90 days of hire
• ACLS within 1 year
• Preferred: 1-2 years Cath/EP Lab, Emergency Department or ICU experience
• RN with cardiac step-down experience will be considered
• Critical care experience in hospital required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a dynamic cardiovascular setting
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver treatments and education to patients and families
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust care
• Advocate for patient safety and evidence-based practices during procedures
