Job summary

PIH Health seeks an experienced manager for the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab in Los Angeles to lead clinical operations, drive patient safety, and manage staff development.

The role collaborates with physicians, nursing leadership, and the biomedical team to optimize budgets, policies, and program development while ensuring top quality care.

Responsibilities include revenue monitoring, compliance with safety standards, and participation in regional quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CRT & ARRT or California RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association required.
• LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment required.
• Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of quality patient care and supervise nursing/technical personnel.
• Facilitate change and implement initiatives to achieve top percentile performance in safety and quality.
• Assist with capital budgets, equipment maintenance, and reliability.
• Coordinate revenue processes including charge entry and daily reconciliation.
• Participate in NCDR, STEMI collaboration, and other metrics as determined by leadership.
