Job summary

Abrazo West Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks an innovative healthcare leader to oversee daily operations of the department, promote a safe work environment, enforce standards of care, and drive strategic initiatives including scheduling, supplies, and patient discharge processes. Responsible for staff supervision and performance management.

The role emphasizes collaboration across staff and patients, with accountability for compliance, resource management, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cardiovascular services.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and/or radiology and/or cardiovascular technology.
• Licensed/certified as required by law; BLS; AART/ACVT/RCIS credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day department operations.
• Supervise staff and participate in hiring decisions.
• Manage scheduling, supplies, equipment, and patient handoffs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standards of care.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and department budgeting.
