Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Manager of Nursing to oversee daily operations and coordinate administrative and clinical activities across assigned units in Cincinnati. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to set goals, analyze clinical data, and drive KPI achievement to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires an RN with a BSN, 3 years leadership, and 1 year supervisory experience in a relevant area, plus an active RN license.

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of practice or compact license
BSN is required; MSN/Health Admin preferred or required depending on location
Minimum 3 years of professional nursing experience with leadership
1 year of management/supervisory experience in the relevant specialty

Responsibilities

Provides daily operational oversight, management, and clinical support to the health care team.
Serves as a professional role model, mentor, and clinical resource.
Fosters environment for interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
Models core safety behaviors and high reliability principles.
