Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Ohio as a registered nurse.
• BSN or healthcare related degree.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Attendance of leadership classes/ Frontline 50 required.
• Maintains compliance in RQI required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise activities in assigned nursing area on a shift.
• Develop and monitor annual department goals and budgets.
• Ensure staffing plans match patient acuity and staff skills.
• Evaluate practice quality using data and implement improvements.
• Provide staff education and professional development.
• Handle patient/family concerns and ensure quality care.
