Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Nursing Manager in Albuquerque, NM. This role requires leadership over daily lab operations, staffing, and efficient patient flow in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree with 3+ years of cath/vascular/interventional experience and a current New Mexico RN license (ARRT, paramedic, or RCIS are acceptable). A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and will strengthen leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required for nursing leadership role.

• Current New Mexico RN license, ARRT, paramedic or RCIS are acceptable credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization labs, electrophysiology labs, and related facilities.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping in collaboration with leadership.

• Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology and oncology services.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for serving as the leader overseeing daily operations, scheduling, staff scheduling and timekeeping of the cardiac catherization labs, electrophysiology labs, hybrid labs, Cath/EP Lab PACU.
• Personnel, coordination of resources and working closely with the Director and the charge team (charge nurse, lead staff for EP/vascular and interventional, PACU charge nurse) regarding strategic and operational issues is required.
• Serves as a role model who consistently promotes a positive environment that encourages proactive communication, problem solving, effective time management, and accountability for standards, teamwork and excellent customer service.
