Lovelace Health System, Inc. is seeking a Day Shift, full-time Nursing Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab in Albuquerque, NM. The role leads daily operations, staff scheduling, and resource coordination across the cath/EP and vascular labs.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree with 3+ years in cath/vascular/interventional settings and holds NM RN licensure along with ARRT/RCIS/paramedic credentials. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Current New Mexico RN License, ARRT, paramedic or RCIS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cardiac cath labs, electrophysiology labs, hybrid labs, and PACU.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping in collaboration with the director and charge team.

• Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology and oncology services.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for serving as the leader overseeing daily operations, scheduling, staff scheduling and timekeeping of the cardiac catherization labs, electrophysiology labs, hybrid labs, Cath/EP Lab PACU.
• Personnel, coordination of resources and working closely with the Director and the charge team (charge nurse, lead staff for EP/vascular and interventional, PACU charge nurse) regarding strategic and operational issues is required.
• Serves as a role model who consistently promotes a positive environment that encourages proactive communication, problem solving, effective time management, and accountability for standards, teamwork and excellent customer service.
