Job summary

Community Medical Centers in Clovis seeks an RN Manager for the Cath Lab to lead a team of approximately 75 staff, including RNs, sonographers and technologists. You will manage operations, clinical practice and financial performance while partnering with physicians to advance cardiovascular services.

The role focuses on expanding diagnostic and interventional offerings, improving patient outcomes and ensuring regulatory compliance through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare required.
• 3 years of healthcare industry experience required.
• Cath Lab experience preferred, minimum 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cardiac Cath Lab, Invasive/Non-Invasive Cardiology, and PICA.
• Provide operational, clinical and financial leadership for the department.
• Drive staffing, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Support growth of diagnostic, interventional and electrophysiology services.
