Responsibilities

• Manages and facilitates patient-centered nursing care for designated patient populations and oversees unit operations.
• Leads change by developing and evaluating quality and process improvements.

• Manages and develops operational and capital budgets and resources.
• Develops staff leadership and promotes career advancement opportunities.
• Oversees selection, orientation, onboarding, and retention; coaches and evaluates performance.
