Banner Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY is seeking an Associate Director for the Cath Lab to lead a dedicated team of cath lab professionals and provide 24/7 leadership and clinical support.

You will drive quality and process improvements, oversee budget and resource use, mentor staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with clinical leaders for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years related leadership or management experience in clinical care.
• Clinical certifications in Cath Lab (ARRT CI/RCIS/RCES or ARDMS Cardiac/Vascular) and state licensure.
• BLS and ACLS; PALS where applicable.
