Job summary

Orlando Health South Lake Hospital is seeking a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM) for the Cath Lab. This full-time role leads shift operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, excellent customer experience, and efficient patient flow in a fast-paced environment.

The CANM partners with Nursing Operations leaders to guide staffing, performance, and clinical standards, while fostering collaboration and ongoing improvement in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Active Florida RN license or NLC.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate patient flow with care coordinators and discharge planners.
• Assign staffing based on acuity and team skills.
• Foster safety, quality, and patient experience in cath lab settings.
• Support frontline staff and lead continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to meet length-of-stay goals.
