Job summary

Methodist Health seeks a Nursing leader to oversee Cardiovascular Services, Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and Neurointerventional Lab in Memphis. You will model MLH values, direct operations, and drive improvements across clinical programs and staff.

Responsibilities include budgeting, policy development, staff leadership, and ensuring compliance with hospital, DNV, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Nursing is required.
• Cardiac catheterization experience 1-3 years.
• Leadership or management experience 1-3 years.
• RN Tennessee license required; BLS and RCIS certifications preferred.
• Experience with policy development and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, implement, and control Cath Lab operations.
• Direct quality monitoring to meet hospital and regulatory standards.
• Foster a constructive work environment and associate involvement.
• Coordinate staff and physician collaborations for patient care.
• Promote staff development and annual performance objectives.
• Hire, develop, and retain qualified staff.
• Prepare annual budgets and resource utilization plans.
