Green Key Resources is assisting in recruiting for a leadership role in a growing cardiac cath lab program at one of East Texas' largest not-for-profit hospitals. With Level III Trauma designation, 300+ acute care beds, and an expanding cardiology service line, this is a rare chance to shape a program on the rise—and to build a career in a community that feels like home.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Active RN license (state of employment or compact).
• BLS certification.
• 3–5 years of direct patient care experience, ideally in a cath lab or cardiovascular setting.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred — but strong cath lab RNs ready for their first leadership role are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cath lab professionals, setting the tone for safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
• Run day-to-day operations of the cath lab, maintaining clinical excellence and compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and administrators to sharpen workflows and improve outcomes.
• Coach and grow nursing staff, building a culture of accountability and pride in the work.
• Track quality metrics and patient satisfaction and translate learnings into real improvements.
• Drive cross-department collaboration to keep the program moving forward.
