Job summary

The HealthCare Initiative is partnering with a major Southwest acute-care hospital to recruit a Director of Nursing for Cath Lab. MSN is required and the ideal candidate will lead a 40+ person cardiovascular team across Cath Lab, EP, and related services.

You will partner with physicians, drive program development, and position the Cath Lab for growth within a regional health system focused on speed, precision, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• MSN degree required and active RN license.
• Minimum five years of clinical cardiovascular experience.
• At least 3+ years of Cath Lab management experience.
• Strong collaboration with physicians and leadership for program growth.
• Ability to develop and implement cardiovascular programs and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 40+ staff across Cath Lab, EP, Structural Heart, IR, and Vascular.
• Lead cardiovascular program development and growth initiatives.
• Partner with physicians to advance EP and Cath Lab services.
• Ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.
