Responsibilities

• Supervises Cath Lab invasive cardiovascular and radiology technicians; ensures staffing adequacy and quality of work.
• Oversees staff development, conducts annual performance appraisals, and leads conflict resolution.
• Oversees learning and orientation; coordinates training, preceptorships, and competency assessments.
• Directs clinical procedures prep, scrubbing, equipment operation, and post-procedure documentation.
• Supports budget planning, cost-saving initiatives, and proper billing to meet targets.
