Job summary

Sherman Oaks Hospital, part of the Prime Healthcare Foundation, is seeking a Cardiovascular Lab Technician to support invasive and noninvasive procedures in the cardiovascular lab.

Under the supervision of a physician, you will scrub and monitor procedures, ensure room readiness, manage instruments, participate in performance improvement, and contribute to high-quality patient care at our 24/7 facility in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R licensure or RCIS required.
• Experience in a cardiovascular laboratory preferred.
• Cardiovascular technologist training with invasive cardiology focus preferred.
• BCLS (AHA) required on hire and maintained.
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring data in the cardiovascular lab.
• Ensure procedure room is prepared for the procedure.
• Monitors par level of instruments and supplies.
• Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
• Assists in invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.
