Job summary

Block Imaging is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality technical service for medical imaging equipment across the United States. You will install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging systems while adhering to OEM specifications and safety standards.

The role requires 3–7 years in medical imaging, experience with Cath Labs (GE/Siemens preferred), and a willingness to travel extensively. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent.
• Experience servicing Cath Labs; GE and Siemens brand experience required, Philips is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across customer sites and stay compliant with OEM standards.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, evaluate, and maintain medical imaging equipment across the United States.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair imaging systems and computer components to meet OEM specs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and resolve advanced electronic, mechanical, and network issues.
• Represent the company professionally during on-site visits and communicate feedback to teams.
• Document new processes and provide training to end users.
• Drive and operate company vehicles; ensure tests/diagnostics confirm proper operation.
