Job summary

Block Imaging International is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Cath Lab systems on the West Coast. The role involves traveling to service CA, OR, and HI, installing and maintaining imaging equipment, and ensuring compliance with OEM specs and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3-7 years in medical imaging engineering, experience with Cath Labs, and GE/Siemens brand knowledge; Philips is a plus. Strong diagnostic skills and customer-facing professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent.
• Ideal candidate will be experienced with servicing Cath Labs; GE and Siemens brand experience required, Philips experience is a plus!
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with OEM compliance.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the West Coast to service CA, OR, HI accounts.
• Install, inspect, test, and maintain Cath Lab imaging equipment.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair imaging systems per OEM specs.
• Document service activities and provide customer updates.
• Provide on-site training and support to end users.
