Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Florida seeks a Cardiovascular Technician to assist in preparing, performing, and completing diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision. You will work with TAVR, Mitral Clip, Watchman, and other cath lab technologies, ensuring patient safety and teamwork across departments.

Two to three years of Cath Lab or EP Lab experience preferred. Graduate of a Cardiovascular Technology or Radiography program; RCIS required within six months; ACLS/BLS;

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiography program.
• Previous Cath Lab or EP Lab experience preferred.
• RCIS certification must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists in performing diagnostic/interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision.
• Operates and manages equipment for TAVR, Mitral Clip, Watchman, PFO closure and related devices.
• Maintains patient safety, communicates effectively with the team, and adapts to varied hours.
