Job summary

The role focuses on invasive cardiovascular procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, sterile technique, and advancing cardiovascular expertise while contributing to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Graduation from an accredited Invasive Cardiovascular Technology program or qualifying equivalent education/experience.
• Alternatively, graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology with one year of radiologic experience and RCIS/RCES/CEPS/RT(R)CI certification within two years of hire.
• BLS and ACLS certification within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the procedure team during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Perform scrub duties for cardiac interventions and right/left heart catheterizations and related peripheral procedures.
• Monitor ECG rhythms and hemodynamic waveforms; document interventions and equipment in the EMR log.
• Prepare and maintain sterile technique; ensure supplies and safety equipment are ready; assist with patient transport and procedural readiness.
