Job summary

Saint Clare's Health in Denville, NJ is seeking a Radiology Tech I (Cath Lab) to support diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures under physician supervision.

In this full-time day role you will scrub, monitor hemodynamic data, ensure the procedure room is ready, and assist in invasive and noninvasive cardiac cases. ARRT-R or RCIS, BCLS, and ACLS are required with prior CV lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R or RCIS certification required or licensing.
• Experience in a Cardiovascular Lab preferred.
• BCLS (AHA) certification required upon hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring data in the Cath Lab.

Location: St Clare's Denville Hospital, Denville, NJ

Role: Radiology Tech I (Cath Lab)

Department: Cath Lab

Position Type: Full Time, Days

Base Salary Range: $37.00 - $51.66

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the physician (Cardiologist/Radiologist), will assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab. Ensures procedure room is adequately prepared for the procedure. Monitors par level of all instruments and supplies. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities and the training of new staff. Assists in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

Qualifications

• ARRT‑R and license as required by State or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required.
• Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab; preferred.
• Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.
• BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient computer skills.
