Eurest in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Catering Supervisor to coordinate patient meal service for the Catering to You program. You will ensure staff are adequately trained, units are properly staffed, and dietary needs are accommodated with quality meals.

This schedule runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The role offers hourly pay between $18 and $24, with benefits including every other Friday off, ten paid holidays, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Strong catering experience, culinary skills and food safety knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient meal service and the Catering to You program.
• Ensures staff are trained and units are properly staffed.
• Maintains adherence to dietary restrictions and food safety standards.
• Coordinates with nursing to verify patient meal selections and delivery.
