Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Director of Dining Services in Fort Worth, TX to lead dining operations across retail, cafeteria, and catering. The role requires strategic management of client satisfaction, cost control, and compliance with food safety standards.

The Director will oversee salaried managers and hourly staff, drive budgets, and ensure quality service while maintaining profitable operations for the client in a corporate dining environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Food Services Management or related field.
• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food/catering trends and costs.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service desirable.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department.
• Oversees overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account.
• Hires, trains, plans, directs work and evaluates performance.
• Prepares and manages annual budget.
• Uses systems for inventory, payroll/time-keeping and reports.
• Ensures food/service adheres to HACCP/OSHA and quality standards.
