Job summary

Eurest is hiring a Catering Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX for a full-time role with a 6:00 am - 2:30 pm schedule, Monday through Friday. The position oversees patient meal service and coordinates Catering to You program staffing to meet service goals.

You will ensure staff are trained, meals meet dietary needs, and services run smoothly while upholding food safety standards and regulatory compliance. Strong catering experience and food safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong catering experience, culinary skills and food safety knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure Catering to You service objectives are met.
• Ensures adherence to prescribed diet alternatives considering allergies, cultural, ethnic and religious preferences.
• Interacts with nursing to evaluate patient meal selections, tray delivery and retrieval daily.
• Resolves patient concerns or complaints promptly and reports issues to supervisor when needed.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and patient rights policies.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
• Completes required documentation, reports and logs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
