Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure that the Catering to You service goals are met.
• Supervises catering associates.
• Ensures menu alternatives for diets and allergies are provided as needed.
• Coordinates daily patient meal selection, tray completion, delivery and retrieval with nursing.
• Resolves patient concerns or complaints promptly and reports issues as needed.
• Follows HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
